In this entire stupid argument, how has nobody brought up the fact Walker killed their best lead? They spent an entire episode spinning their wheels, waiting for the terrorists to do something, because Walker killed the one person who had intel that could possibly lead them to the rest of the flag smashers. Had Walker been thinking clearly, he would have beat the dude unconscious (since he already clearly had already won the fight, even if we assume a fake surrender) and taken him in for interrogation. Hell, if he wanted vengeance so badly he could have been the one interrogating the dude, no doubt he would have been effective.
Even if the terrorist refused to give up information (because somehow he's loyal enough to die during interrogation but not in battle), it could still give Walker some leverage over the rest of the flag smashers, since he can either use the captured member as a bargaining chip or even use psychological tactics to trick them into thinking he's got intel that he doesn't really have. Instead the terrorists have stormed the not!UN and now the heroes are on the back foot, being reactive instead of proactive.
