Honestly, I think with her limb enhancers Peridot could have taken any of the CG's on in a one on one fight. Just from what we've seen the likes of Aquamarine do, even Garnet probably would have a hard time beating Peridot one on one, seeing as Peridot can literally freeze her in place and just chuck her into the sky and fly away.
