That’s really dependent on taste.
I’m a fan of old school Marvel so for me (tm) it would probably be something by Kirby, Cockrum or Buscema (pic related) but I also really dig Drullet, Mobius and Corben.

the first 25 issues with art by Micheal Turner and written by Christina Z and the Ron Marz run are worth reading. The stuff between them is mostly trash (I still like it cause I like the characters), and the Seeley run after Marz is trash too. But ya, especially the Ron Marz 11 year run is great.
