In short, no, it's on their streaming service because they've got an agreement that says they can distribute it that way. This is beneficial to the other owners and doesn't require making more episodes, just living off their back catalogs.
What you're proposing, using a character and setting from within that particular iteration of Wonder Woman, requires going back to the other owners and getting them to agree to make it. At that point you're in trouble because they'll hold out for more money, or because they'll want to know what their share of the profits on your new non-WW show will be. It's not enough to say "yeah but we own WW as an IP" when you're profiting from the version they made with you but not paying up their share.
I mean really, it's like you don't have even the first clue how either contracts or investments work.
