Mine is the three step method I've deemed the

1. Pump

2. Catch

3. Release

Essentially it requires you to use your foreskin to catch by pinching the top when close to climax and letting your cum fill your foreskin
(it can get difficult to master since large loads are often hard to contain so I suggest stretching your foreskin as wide and long as possible)
