Smart
Nerdy
Innocuous or non-threating if the nerdy/intelligent type
Basic Negro Stereotype powers to 11 such as super strength, enhanced almost animistic senses, troubled/gangbanger backstory or invulnerability (Luke Cage, Rage, Blade [although vamp shit], Night Thrasher, etc.)
Comical Boisterous Behavior, Aggressive, and/or Manipulative if they're in power or powers are based on the above like Luke Cage/Rage for Boisterous Aggressiveness, manipulative shits such as T'Challa/Nick Fury Jr., Storm, Amanda Waller, etc though you can argue it's part of their job it still feels hollow when they get away with it quite often because they don't want to demonize them with the fear of race being brought into it.
If they are the intelligent negro then their main power or go-to powers are tech or electricity based such as Miles Venom Blast, Static Shock, Storm's constant use of lightning as her basic attack and other weather effects as support stuff, Captain Falcon's tech especially since it uses a mixture of electric holofilament stuff to shoot his feather stuff at people. Spectrum/Previous Captian Marvel with her hologram powers which although based on light was explained as EM control which is control over Electromagnetic (more electricity yay!) spectrum and later minor control over subatomic particles such as electrons but I think she got nerfed out of that.
Also especially if they are black and tech based then they mostly have some connection to a white hero who was the originator of the tech and the mantle is passed down. Now this isn't a problem if the character has history with the character like Sam Wilson and Cap but normally the big problem is passing things down to someone who mysteriously came out of nowhere and the hard push is because they are black. For example my main fear with Riri isn't that she's black but she is not ready to be Iron Man especially since they're giving WMDs to children and no surprise when they fuck up BAD!
