She pulls a lever next to her and water pours down on her head, washing the dye out. A very annoyed April looks over to her photographs.]
April: I can make everyone else look good. Why can’t I do the same for myself?
[April sighs as she looks into the mirror, very unsatisfied with what she sees.]
[In the next scene, April is in her bed, reading a fashion magazine, trying to do her hair according to what she sees.]
April: Ugh, this is hopeless!
[She tosses it next to her bed, into the pile of other ones. She grabs a remote and points at one of the fishtank windows. It becomes a television, and turned onto the news channel.]
Harper: And every rhino escaped, stampeding all over the town. The end
[April puts the remote down.]
April: Let’s see what they come up with for the evening news.
Harper: And now a word from our sponsor.
[April rolls her eyes, and reaches for the remote, but before she can get to it.]
Melissa: {Voice over} I love my big sister!
[April falls over in surprise as she looks to the television to see Melissa and Talula on the television, trying to look as happy as possible together.]
Talula: Well, we’re not really sisters.
Melissa: But you’re in the Summerway Big Brother, Big Sister program!
[Melissa says this as she looks to the camera. As Melissa talks, we get more images of older kids showing younger kids around Summerway.]
Melissa: When I was really little, you showed me around Summerway, and every little thing we could have done in it.
Talula: That is true. We had a lot of fun together at the many sights and activities Summerway has to offer.
Melissa: She even got me a job and now I’m a productive member of society!
