What started my style is the eyes. I grew up loving slanted/oval expression eyes, to use modern and more immediately understandable examples- like what Regular Show used to do when the characters screamed, like how Gumball looked in its first seasons, and how Lincoln from that jailbait nick cartoon looks. Eventually my style formed to be more expressive stuff that focused on faces and poses that seemed fun.
Art style wise, it was always fluctuating (uneven widths), slightly jagged linework which I did by tracing over the image again and letting where the line width changes be random whenever my trace strayed from the base linework. I'd post some but all of it is practically related to my personal project which I'm attempting to keep to myself until I have something concrete to share.
I take it that's your art? I can sense a style there, it's not overly apparent but it has a nice aesthetic that isn't just because of the style that show already has.
