>>95384>The name and billing address is sent and processed by Stripe, not the NY LLCI'm willing to entertain that idea. Do you have a trusted source, ideally from Stripe themselves, that they *will not* hand over name and billing address to their users?
I'm having a hard time believing that, to be honest. That's just not really how business is conducted. "Here's a bunch of money you made from anonymous sources, trust us" seems very strange to me. I've dealt with other payment providers before, never with Stripe. They usually send you *every fucking thing* about the user ("know your customer" and all that shit).
But surprise me. Maybe Stripe is different. The Service Agreement leaves it up in the air, but generally puts passget in control of personal data.
>d. Data Processing. You are the data controller and we are the data processor in relation to Personal Data processed on your behalf under this Agreement, except that we will be a data controller in relation to Personal Data where we determine the purposes and manner in which the Personal Data is processed (including, for example, in complying with any regulations or laws imposed upon us through Payment Method Rules or by Payment Method Providers or Payment Method Acquirers).>mootDid you even read what you linked?
>Stripe has your credit card information, not 4chan.>all payment information is processed securely by StripeThat's not on dispute here. I fully believe they don't pass on the CC number or a PIN. There's no use for that information for the vendor. Neither of the three links says anything about personal data that identifies the customer.
That's the same kind of dodgy statement this passget site has
>We do not keep logs>We never see your 4chan pass info.I believe them. I don't think they store my IP in server logs or my pass credentials. But that's not what I'm concerned about. "no logs" for legal reasons cannot mean "no business records" and those are usually a lot juicier.
