Yeah, from what I understand warnings and bans only apply to IP's and the pass is not taken into consideration. If you use a pass, it can let you bypass an IP range ban. But if another user is on the same IP as you the ban/warning will be applied to the individual IP directly. When this happens, the pass will not be able to bypass the direct action towards that IP address.
