Personally, I like to have cereal - usually Special K - and a tall glass of orange juice.

At five this morning I heated up two pieces of sausage-mushroom-olive pizza for Kid #2, who worked early today. They declined a second piece, so I ate that. I was already reducing a can of diced tomatoes and a half can of diced jalapenos at that point. Made myself huevos rancheros. Delicious. Drank a glass of milk and went back to bed.

sugar free greek yogurt with a tiny bit of nutella in it and a glass of water. I eat a few smaller meals like this throughout the day, rather than 3 big meals, because I have a slight enzyme deficiency and it's easier for my body to process smaller amounts of food spread out over the day.
