This is Vince Varga. He is a friend to my aunt and uncle. My cousins ages 4 and 9 have told me that he has touched them inappropriately. The older one told me that she told her mom (my aunt), but she didn't believe her. I think that maybe my aunt doesn't want to bring attention and embarrassment to their family. I don't want to draw a bunch of attention to my family but I also don't want this to happen again. So here it is.
