ensure you have clicked 'logout' for your 4chan pass on your normal IP.
Its telling you that your home IP is currently logged in with the 4chan pass and the rules prohibit it from being using by multiple devices simultaneously.
log out of 4chan pass using your home IP, and log back in with pass using vpn
