I use a cellphone to get on 4chan because my broke ass couldn't pay someone elses bill even though the bill was in my name. That being said, my cellphone is why I got a 4chan pass. The issue is I recently got warned for posting in anime with a low quality post. I shit you not. I'v never posted in the anime board before.

Does this mean I can get permabanned with a pass just because I use a cellphone?
