if you cared deeply about them. At some point though it will become like an unhealthy obsession to keep brooding over their passing as I understand how you meant it. Did you know their family and/or they know you any well enough to talk about it to them? There is nothing wrong with taking time to mourn for them but it is also important to let go so that the dead can rest in peace as well as you yourself too. I could'nt find anything more fitting in an image as this. It is our burdens. With it, it weighs us down and yet we cannot fill it with anything good no matter how hard we try to.
