I haven't shitposted much, there's way too much of it as it is, and I honestly believe it makes people dumber. Instead of an actual conversation, the average anon prefers irony, since it requires little thought. Why actually put effort into a response when you could reply with greentext, "kys," or one of /pol/'s favorite words? This is why the site is dying. Keep that shit contained to /b/ or /s4s/.

I'm sure I'll get a "*tips fedora*" for this post because I didn't fill it with memes.
