I don't take xanax 24/7, and if you do that, even at very low doses, you'll get dependent and get VERY sick if you try to stop taking them.
Xanax isn't that great. Just drink alcohol. Xanax is only good if you combine it with weed and even then only when you use it as a weekend drug.
It only took me two weeks to get withdrawal effects when I tried to stop cold turkey. Now I just gave up and keep taking a bunch every day. Fuck it.
