I think that a /vip/ board was a pretty decent idea to get pass memberships but I think this is probably just a first step towards longterm financial stability and independence of the site which is essential for the health of the community here. Some basic ideas

Increased image size permission for pass users (combine this with getting rid of at least gif, wsg, wg and hr to offset potential increased bandwidth stress)

Make tripcodes a pass only feature (at least those faggots would be paying to shitpost then)

I already think that pass is a good value for what it provides but I think some enticement might improve sales. I would prefer 4chan be pass funded rather than flooded with ads or dependent on some sugar daddy like Martin Shekels to bail us out.
