Hiro should make an option for 2012-VIP users to downvote shitposters of 2013+ and take VIP access (without refunding of course) away from them.

2016 users need only 5 downvotes to lose VIP
2015 need 8 downvotes
2014 need 10 downvotes
2013 need 15 downvotes
2012 cannot be downvoted as the only trueVIP posters.

Of course, I personally do think people should primarily lurk and shut their stupid mouths for their first year or so because no matter what they're gonna say some stupid shit.

But otherwise, I am legitimately glad 90% of the people who were on /a/ back in 07, 08 are gone. Half were illiterate retards and the other half used to post like current /b/tards do.

I'd say the best quality comes from the 2012, 2013, maybe even 2014 posters. 2015 can be alright, latecomers maybe, some good people who just heldout, whatever. It's 2016 shitposters who got it just for the board that are the big problem.
