there are plenty of boards that a lot of people come here solely to post on. you could get rid of any of the specific special interest boards and a lot of those people would leave for good. kill /v/, /vg/, /vp/, and /vr/ and a HUGE portion of the userbase would leave and never come back. same if you killed /a/, /jp/, and /m/, or /mu/, or /tv/.
but all of those boards and people contribute something that i think is worthwhile to the site. i don't want them gone unless they're breaking the rules. i like this place and i don't want it to die.
