This is why women call the cops more than men do. Men are tools to be used (and abused) by women for the detriment of men that women deem unworthy. That's why when Chad slaps Stacy's ass, it's flirting. When Harvey explicitly gets a woman to consent to sex, it's rape. It's rape because, and this part is important, women are incapable of agency: she can't say no to a man in power.
Similarly, drunk women cannot consent to sex with drunk men because her cognitive faculties are impaired. Yet, a drunk man's cognitive faculties are working enough (agency) to where he's able to convince (coerce) her into having sex (against her will).
In the same vein, biology and nursing has an abundance of women because men aren't encouraged to join (agency---it's not appealing enough for him to join). There aren't women in STEM because women are discouraged from joining (lack of agency---men foster the environment which make women uncomfortable).
So on, and so forth.
