Even ignoring outright war stuff, they do not even need to directly fight or hurt any other group of people. The economic and fertility superiority that they have will cause them to expand faster than anyone else while taking more resources through soft economic means, while forcing other people into submission with threats of nuclear annihilation and other weapons of mass destruction. From there the giant women, who basically run the society, and the small men who work raising children and building things etc., can just continue to expand their families and breed, increasing their influence over the world without needing to even engage in any direct warfare, and they will win through sheer power of numbers and greater fertility paired with economic superiority. And in the domestic setting, the small lean athletic males can just shoot and kill any bully from another breed who tries to hurt them or the big women in their society. Thus the women are in a perfect position where they can't be beaten or raped etc. by the men while at the same time having a superior defender for themselves and their children than any other male breed. The males have a great system where they are guaranteed a lot of offspring from their wives, because the wives are giant and make a lot of babies each time. The children grow up in harmonious families with lots of siblings and too highly intelligent parents, ruled by the matriarch mother and defended by the small, lean, energy efficient assassin-like father.
