I'm a humanities major who decided to double major in math.
My degree is 210 ECTS humanities and 120 ECTS math.

120 ecs of math is less than a regular bachelor's degree, but if you can choose your courses well to focus on what you need then that's fine.
You are in for having good social skills from the humanities degree, and good job prospects from the math degree, if you don't major in like algebra or something autistic

this, just go for the general courses like real / complex analysis (4-5 courses max in total), statistics and linear algebra (2 courses max). Should be enough.

The degree teaches you nothing, but the people that get a humanities degree are usually very sociable and you learn stuff that way. It's why at my uni all the people studying maths are autists but the people taking basically the same degree but at the business faculty with an applied focus are nice to talk to.

All I can do is:
65 ECTS mandatory math courses (20 ECTS analysis, 20 ECTS algebra, 20 ECTS stats and probability, 5 ECTS geometry)
25 ECTS mandatory not-really-math (e.g. programming, history of math)
30 ECTS electives (where I intend on taking stats-heavy courses)

Make sure those electives have some practical stats including R, Stata or Python programming. And not just more paper math. Job market finds it a bit more sexy to be able to program and apply an ARIMA modell over just being able to mathematically explain how it works.

it heavily depends on the material you use

tip, go for easy intuition building books first (like calculus made easy) before going with the usual books (like Stewart calculus), do look for inquiry based learning sources too to complement your learning and make your life easier for analysis

Good. Btw You might wanna familiraize yourself with SQL, its a simple language used for database mangament. It's caveman tier simple and if you know R&Python getting to grips with SQL takes max a week.
