Just keep taking the tests, they get easier with experience.
Same as doing well on SAT or GRE, just do a bunch of times and you will get better and better.

Ask Marilyn. She says it is about motivation. Brain just reconnects (harder to do at old age).
Also it helps to get rid of fear i.e. ego. It slows down the circuits.

Get /fit/, eat produce, sleep, etc.
>Learn programming, logic / philosophy. Listen to Stef Molineux debate and counsel people.
Eat real fermented foods. Great for the microbiome.

You should focus on mastery of topics. Specialize in subjects like math, science etc.

IQ is a function of your basic understanding of things being tested and not genetic.

Trying to go for a high IQ score misses the point.
