Yeah no, i'll stick to my solar panels. Mass production of batteries seems like a much easier problem to tackle than world peace

Are light water reactors like this one useful for producing plutonium? The Russians are concerned about Ukraine pulling out of the Budapest Memorandum, so it makes sense that they want to control the factors of production.

Did what? A training center located outside of the security perimeter and no where near the containment building caught fire. The biggest danger here is that some workers will now be distracted while doing their training in a tent instead of a comfy building.
