Those are all names for similar phenomena. Different ages and cultures interpreted them differently, and perhaps were dealing with different ET species.

There is a large body of evidence around artifacts like the pyramids around the world, the mounds in midwestern USA, etc, pointing to Earth's history being far more rich and complex than our common teaching of history.

Is there definitive proof that those were ETs though?
Not trying to discredit you or anyhting, just curious. I wanna go down some rabbitholes.

Also, when it comes to ET, although I don't believe in them 100%, I find the Ariel school case quite interesting, though it might've been just mass hysteria as the children's reports aren't consistent.
