.99 requires +.01 to equal 1.
.999 +.001 = 1.
The .000...n...1 term is always divided by 10 each time. Therefore .999... + .000...1 = 1.

Because .1/10 infinity times is not 0

If you infinitely extend my sequence you have .999... To infinity and 0.000...1 which is defined as .1/10 infinity times which is in principle greater than 0 because of divisional rules.
