It's nothing to be scared of. The jist is not to get scammed into some expensive retreat to walk on coals. Actually implement interesting ideas in books instead of making reading self help books the end goal. There is no perfect book or course or lecture that will unlock your third eye and make you attain your most productive 4th dimensional self. Waking up at 5am won't solve all your problems.
