Anyone here doing plant tissue culture? Looking to buy a basic kit to screw around with some houseplants.

I've got a flowhood (FFU), petris, agar, autoclaves etc. Probably gonna finally order the trigger on "Murashige and Skoog" medium tonight, anything else I need? I've got plenty of mason jars I was gonna use for plant containers.
