Maybe start streaming every now and then, you'll get ten viewers but those will then feel invested and care about your life.

Take vtubers, the ones who draw are shit at vidya and have art skills that would give them 30-50k followers if that's all they had going for them , but community management and interaction makes it work

Problem is most followers are just there for you to be an art machine that increases the total output in their feed. They do like your art enough to follow, so they care that much about you. Like that other anon said, you need to engage with other artists and make actual friends with some of them for feels posting. Or you could be so big of a name on whatever social platform that people will drop comments, which is more out of obligation to your name.
