Pixel art is pretty simple, dexterity wise. As long as you can still use a mouse, it shouldn't be too hard.

You've shown as writing, but have you tried making a drawing? I've heard that the brain handles handwriting and drawing differently.

Try drawing things like squares, triangles, circles, a face. If it's all wobbly you might be fucked but give it a go.
Also ask an expert on this, not /ic/ lol

Yes, it’s possible to overcome most things. I devoted a summer to practicing stuff like handwriting to train myself, and my art is now relatively clean and my handwriting is considered legible to good by most people. You may also want to work slower and sit a different way.

you can't get worse. I'm color blind and after ten years of painting I got a 99 percent score on a color matching test (though I still flunk the color blindness tests)

I always struggled with handwriting and organinzation, and math, typical dispraxia+adhd combo but drawing is ez pz.

I think it's different for drawing. I have always had horrible handwriting and was forced to do countless calligraphy training as a child, but I also liked to draw and never really had any significant problems with it
