I dunno if it'll be helpful but the course I'm following has tips like always start with the action line, whatever line you draw should only have one curve, focus on the position of the feet to make sure the pose feels grounded, if the eyes are visible draw the line for them, draw the limbs that are in front first, don't worry so much about the details, just make sure to capture the feel of the pose and keep it relatively simple (head, ribcage, pelvis, joints), draw two sets - 30s and 1m, you can change them to 1m and 2m if you feel like you really cant fit in that time but never go above 2 minutes, have a set of 20-30 pictures for gesture drawing and try to draw every day for like a month, then at the end compare the day 1 results with day 30 so you can see how much you've improved over time.
