Hey drawfags, shitty artist here with a question. I have this oc I want to make digital art of, and I have wanted it for a long time, but I don't have a drawing tablet and i can't afford one because all of my money is going to college.

I was wondering if there was either a ridiculously solid pc program that made drawing with a mouse as easy and convenient as drawing with a mouse can get, with lots of super solid tools, or some sort of website or place on a specific website where you can request free commissions that i could use?

Also, how is this drawing of him? I know I am liquid shit at drawing but I kinda want to know about where I am when it comes to drawing on paper, which is literally all I do lol. I'm not huge in to art, but it's a small hobby of mine. Haven't colored him yet but I'll get around to it. I know the colors of his different parts.
