Anyone know how to fix this?

In essence I want my passive drawing skill to be much higher than it is, because right now if I'm not actively trying and exerting effort and correcting my work, my drawings look just as bad as when I started years ago, and I want to be able to effortlessly make better work regardless of what I'm drawing
