Let's say your name is Benjamin Williams.
And you make art and like Bananas or whatever.
You may come up with BananaBen, JaminDraws, PixelBen, Drawnana, ArtWill, LiamInk etc.
Then you only have to check which ones are available and if there are none, come up with more.

It's probably easier to come up with random fantasy names than using yours when it's really common.
