>>6011751No. Anime is just the jap word for animation. Prince of Egypt would be called anime. I think they also refer to modern western CG animations as anime but i'm not sure.
And altho there are certain visual tropes that are common, there is no such thing as an "anime" style. Many things that fall under anime are very visually distinct. I mean look at your own picture, so much visual diversity, especially in manga that tends to be more visually distinct than their anime adaptations due to the nature of the medium.
