I don't enjoy anything anymore.

Therapy didn't help, so I don't know what else will.

sounds like your brain's reward systems are totally fucked, and to boot you've become extremely apathetic. start by removing excess stimulation where you can and building better habits. Any addictions, Porn, Drugs, Media, etc are going to be close to your root cause here. but you don't get by just by trying to get rid of that shit, you also need a reason to get up in the morning, something that gives your life value, some sense of purpose, something you care about deeply. I unfortunately can't tell you exactly what that is, but self help is getting p popular these days, I trust you can figure it out.

Your ego is too involved. Your idea of who you should be and who you are is different and you won't stop beating yourself up for not being something you're not. Just accept that you are the way you are and let yourself suck. Let yourself enjoy the things you like. It feels vulnerable. But in reality you're just wouldn't be self flagellating anymore.

Exactly, even if you have been brewing this fantastical/"original idea" for your comic/manga/videogame since your childhood, chances are that brainchild of yours has been created or it is being created so there is no room for originality/creativity or new ideas since everything has been invented.

Without over explaining it just try to not judge each drawing and line you make so harshly.
When you’re learning there is a right or wrong but it can be crushing to always gofor perfect.

The /ic/ method of drawing is tailor made to make you hate it.
Not so much the content itself (you do have to learn fundies, draw studies, etc) but the “grind” mentality of it. Forcing yourself to draw for X hours a day or do Y drawings a day regardless of quality doesn’t help you achieve anything.
If you take a natural interest in exploring problems in drawing or creating art, then you’ll just naturally want to do those things.
You have to find something about drawing that actually interests you.
