>>6005282get a fine tip brush and some white paint, gouache, or acrylic work perfectly fine. If you use acrylic, you might need to get a medium to get it to the perfect consistency. Gouache, you can just use a bit of water and it will still go on opaque. the key here is to pay real close attention to where the highlights lie in the painting. you don't want to abuse this system because too many highlights will cause the composition to look chaotic. Pick only the places where the lightest lights will be. For lesser lights, you can use the paper color to represent that tone. Now, as you prep the drawing be extra patent to map out the proper areas of value. that's what this is all about, after all, being very accurate about your values. begin rendering till you get to the point where you need to really pop those light areas. Then, put the paints aside. They were only there for moral support. From here you need to ejaculate. Shoot a load across the painting, aiming for the parts you mapped out. The glimmer from your lukewarm load will add more gloss and depth than any paint could ever. This should give you the desired effect of highlights. Best of luck!
