Looking for the best course to start with when you're a beginner is a distraction, it brings you nothing, you'll get this anon recommending that course, this other anon recommending this other course, and you won't be more advanced.
Just pick one course by a well-known artist (Chris Legaspi is, so is Loomis, Proko, whatever else), and work it hard everyday for weeks, months. After you've worked hard on one course, go through it again or choose another one, and repeat until you're good.
As a /beg/, just stay away from things like intense deep anatomy centered course, it would be better when you're getting to /int/.
