Is AI art always nightmare fuel? The results are always a distorted abortion that vaguely resembles a known figure but the 1 and 0s add extra shading and shine to make it less off-putting (to no avail). All I see is a polished and gilded abomination like dressing a rotting dead chimp in silk and gems
At least surrealist painters like Dali drew it by hand and poured their soul into it even if it was nightmare fuel.

Digital art should be a medium or at best tools like brushes and pencils. Letting a computer do everything with no human involvement misses the point of art. It shouldn't even be called art in the first place.
I don't how much the soi journos and zoomies "ooh and ah" at the "new technology thing", it's still disgusting.
