From complete symbol drawn and no fundies to being able to sketch a nice pose from imagination to some light rendering. I've read some Hampton and the first chapters of Robertson's how to render
I'm still mediocre at rendering and figure drawing, and my faces are still symbol drawn, but I'm working on my shit

I use photo reference for the poses sometimes, but no. Still prefer to build the structure from scratch and then just lay it over the reference to check for mistakes since I wouldn't learn anything if I just traced
