The logic of 13/50 is simply that violence = evil. Nothing in there about global relations or justifications of conflict.
You can't justify any of it anyways. Raping innocent civilians in vietnam had nothing to do with the greater war. Bombing funerals and hospitals did not contribute to success in the middle east. I can go on and on.
There is no difference between a drive by in chicago and sniping civvies in iraq. There is no difference between raping someone in korea and raping someone in detroit. Both evil, both harm innocents, same crime.
The point of my post is that you need consistent morals. If you believe in 13/50 you cannot then believe that whites doing warcrimes is okay.
