Of course forced intercourse, prostitution and trafficking should be punished appropriately but the concept of western statutory rape is laughable stupid, if anything it only cripples the system even more with outdated notions and perspectives to protect the mental wellbeing of subhumans that can't even cope with their reality.
Just think about it, if the process would be free from consensual cases from both parties it would have more leanige to the crimes that truly hurt and affect minors to have harsher and more decisive punishments instead of the kinda weak and vague sentences by the simple fact of the ambiguity of the crime as it stands from a legal and ethical standpoint. Not only freeing space from court cases allowing actual important cases to be solved more quickly, but that's just a bonus.
What argument do you have against any of this that is not some emotional response without even thinking on the real benefits that this would bring towards society as a whole and not only your silly pre-established sensibilities defined by big corporations and distorted common sense by social hysteria and a long history of well documented moral panics?
