>>5997564I disagree actually. Modelling for any 2D artist is pretty easy and intuitive, the hardest part for me is rendering since is lowkey programming and material and alike.
If is real life sculpting I also have some background, but it has been years and I improved since them.I would say it depends on the material and also painting is a fairly complex process if you want to a good job at it, is more then just applying paint and you have the tones of colors and layers you wish to apply. If you want my recommendation, see if you can find some big blocky bar of soap, I don't know if they sell everywhere in the world but were I live you can find some huge bars of coconut soup that are dirt cheap and you can play around with it sculpting since is a soft material and it gets harder with time, I have a couple of statues I did a few years back that I would even bother to take pictures, but they are not only trash, I don't have any celphone cameras because I hate the illuminati and the anti-christ. I still think if anyone on this thread is interested in sculpting starting with soup is a good idea.
