any youtube tutorial is fine just learn the basics of how 3d works (topology, subdivisions, polygroups if you're learning zBrush) and the basics of your chosen program.
I haven't read this book "ZBrush???????????" because I can't read it lol, but it looks like it has some good info you can grasp from the images, maybe it's a bit more of an intermediate read.
