>>5996085Do what this anon said. You already have the sketch mostly finished. You can duplicate your sketch layer and refine it with an eraser and your brush to tighten it up. Once your done with that take those darks on the corners of the muscles and edges where the shadows would be and just paint form and occlusion shadows. Your "lines" should vary in width because you're describing form. The advantage you have with digital is you can basically sculpt out your form again and again with an eraser and your brush as many times as you like. Learn to turn the sketch into the lineart rather than separating the two and you'll start enjoying the process.
