So aim for say 1 hour per day but 7 days a week, and if you feel like putting in more time some days that's just a plus, this way you'll A) build routine and B) end up with more mileage in the long run
And then as time goes on and 1 hour per day starts feeling like too little which it will eventually just up it to 1.5 or 2 hrs per day
Obviously if you've got a packed schedule it's totally fine to divide the daily time throughout the day, so 30 mins after you wake up in the morning and the remainder whenever you get home. This is what I did when I went to school fulltime, got up at 6am and drew until I had to leave at 8, drew for 30 minutes over lunch and rest of the day after I got home at 5 pm I spent drawing however much time I had the energy for, usually ended up with 4-5 hours daily no problem and it's very sustainable once you get it into your routine
Good luck
