i'm convinced on an autistic level that imitating western artists will turn my art into typical western pseudo anime.
since I want to avoid this it looks like I have to postpone drawing till i'm skilled at moonspeak. of course I can just copy my favorite artists; but that won't teach me how to construct body anatomy or use perspective correctly.

am I being reasonable given my goal?
