It needs to be able to take 7 by 10-inch Canson multimedia paper, any good cheap printers that can print blue lines? I wanna start printing my digital blue pencils etc

Depending on your idea of “cheap” Brother printers are great for your needs.

I got a large format (11 x 17) scanner printer combo ten years back and handle printing bristol board and mixed media paper like a dream. It still works to this day and I would recommend them to anyone.

Hey OP here, I use a CanoScan Lide 120, I think it's a good starting scanner. I think it's rising up in price a bit, but they make good scanners.

Stand alone scanner have ballooned in price in the last ten years, I don't know what happened, but I've had my canoscan lide 110 for almost a decade and it still works. I think your best options are either in all in one printer or buying one used
