There's also Proko's anatomy course and AMB's animation course which are all one-and-done payments, and I'd say all combined that would be a world class art education for <$10,000.
However, piracy aside there are also very good free resources. The NKU Drawing Database channel on youtube is wonderful, and though the instructor isn't 100% as good as some of the NMA guys, he is very solid and most importantly versatile enough to teach a wide range of subjects more than adequately.
